Very interesting and solid new Psychic support. Pandaborg is the 1st actual Water Attribute Psychic we have in both the TCG and OCG. Its quite good at replacing itself, even able to act like a recruiter that can summon itself, but with a bigger body and a slight cost to that. Could help speed up and make Psychics faster.

The reason I would mostly want this card is for the name.
1700 ATK for a recruiter is not too bad plus you can search out for any 4 Star Psychic. I like.

We now have a somewhat reliable way of getting Mind Master onto the field. Not sure how the Mind Master OTK works, but could it be viable again with this card?
