I think because you can also remove Bushido counters from Six Samurai United.

A buddy of mine traded for 2 and wow this card is explosive. It can really stabilize Six Sams.

Because you get 2 counters for each SS you summon if I read the effect correctly.

Yea... I meant why... since it just removes in twos as well as places in twos. It is the same thing as dividing by 2.

I have to go back to and read the card, if you can remove from united, I guess it sort of makes sense, but I would rarely want to do that anyways.

Card is more explosive than I originally thought. It definitely adds an element of stability to the decktype.
